Following our clients' requests, Aims also offers payroll services.

Scope of the payroll service:

We are responsible only for the payroll calculation and administration of the client’s employee’s salaries.

Recommended when:

• Insufficient or inadequate internal resources, which can mean either no Payroll department, or insufficient resources in the respective department to handle the whole volume of work;
• Confidentiality, as companies might need to compensate superior performance by outstanding compensation packages, without creating unintended frustrations among the rest of the team;

The following services are under the payroll umbrella:

• Administration of the workbooks
• Complete and accurate payroll calculations and report
