Senior Consultant / Business Development Manager
To help us Find, Design and Shape Common Purpose for our clients.
To act as a trusted HR Advisor for the client company on human resources related issues.
- Contact and develop long term partnerships with existing and potential clients, with focus on new clients.
- Represent the company in business development activities meant to increase the client portfolio and the visibility of AIMS Executive Search & Consulting within the local business environment.
- Elaborate tailored proposals in order to efficiently address specific client needs in such areas as: Executive Search, Organizational Culture, Human Resources Audit, Assessment and Development Centres, Diagnosis etc.
- Attending and facilitate internal events (Breakfast Meetings) and external business events in order to maintain and increase the business network and company's visibility

MANAGEMENT CONSULTING & EXECUTIVE SEARCH
- Provide professional assistance and complex human resources management solutions to clients in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their organization.
- Participate in the elaboration of management consulting proposals;
- Participate as Project Manager or member of the project team in consulting projects;
- Liaise efficiently with the client in order to provide the best service quality across the duration of the assignment and during any necessary follow-up sessions;
- Competently assess and analyse the human resources’ situation in the client companies, in order to comprehend and clarify the consulting needs;
- Fully understand potential openings in client companies and strive to find the best-suited candidates to fill in such positions;
- Design proposals and presentations regarding the Executive Search Services provided by AIMS
- Manage and coordinate all communication with the client company and with the candidates involved in the recruitment project.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships both with candidates and clients in order to create partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
- 5 years of experience in Business Development
- 10 years experience in Human Resources field, developing projects in Executive Search & Consulting
- University Degree;
- Excellent understanding of the local and international business environment;
- Fluency in English; Other foreign languages would be an advantage;
- Proactive and oriented towards internal and external clients
- Capable of assessing human resources - related situations and proposing adequate solutions to clients
- Autonomy and team spirit
- Planning and organizing skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- High ethics
