Role: To assure the achievement of business objectives, as set by the management, in terms of volume, profitability and customer satisfaction according to the guidelines of company sales strategy that he/she contributes to define.

Increase visibility of AIMS Executive Search & Consulting in Romania, increase sales volume

Develops business with existing clients & acquisition of new clients

Providing support and advice in creation of tailor made solutions
-
Attends business events in order to maintain and increase the company's visibility and business network
-
Creates strategic partnerships with business people for being always informed about business opportunities

Support in sales activity reports compilation and in after sales activities (follow-up meetings, sending reports to clients)
